About the Role-
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Pre-Primary and Primary Teachers to join our esteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent proficiency in both English and Hindi, committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment for young students, and capable of assisting in the coordination and management of fellow teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for pre-primary and primary students.
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
- Develop educational materials and activities that support holistic child development.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and share best practices.
- Assist in mentoring and managing other teachers within the department.
- Uphold all fundamental teaching ethics and professional standards.
- Previous Teaching Experience: Any prior experience in pre-primary or primary education is highly valued but not mandatorily required. Freshers are highly appreciated and welcomed if meeting the requirement.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to assist in teacher coordination and departmental management.
- Adaptability: Capacity to work flexibly with diverse student needs and institutional requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Educational Background: CBSE-affiliated schooling background.
- Academic Degree: Graduate or Post-Graduate in relevant fields:
- B.A. (Bachelor of Arts)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)
- M.A. (Master of Arts) + B.Ed.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Teaching Competencies: Demonstrated mastery of core teaching methodologies and child-centered learning approaches.
