Senior .NET Developer (C# / ASP.NET MVC)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our development team and work on a business-critical CRM platform used by a growing UK healthcare company.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing an existing CRM system, developing new features, integrating third-party services, improving performance, and supporting future development of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework.
- Design and implement new CRM features and business workflows.
- Write, optimise and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database objects.
- Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues.
- Improve application performance, security and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and deliver technical solutions.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should:
- Have 4+ years of commercial .NET development experience.
- Be comfortable working on an existing enterprise application.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
- Be able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Have good written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable working with a UK-based team and participating in regular online meetings.
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application deployment.
Working Hours
This role supports a UK-based business, so the successful candidate will be expected to work UK business hours.
Standard working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:30pm UK time (including a one-hour lunch break)
Candidates should be comfortable working these hours throughout the year, including adjustments for British Summer Time (BST) and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
