Speeki AI Language Academy is looking for a Senior German Faculty member to join our offline academic team. This is a senior teaching position suited for a highly proficient German language professional who can independently handle classroom delivery, maintain strong academic standards and contribute to the overall quality of our German programs.
The ideal candidate should possess C1 or C2-level German proficiency. Candidates with an MA in German or a relevant postgraduate qualification are strongly preferred. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate not only strong language proficiency but also the ability to deliver structured, engaging and outcome-oriented classroom sessions.
Candidates with 1–2+ years of German teaching experience will be preferred. However, freshers with excellent German proficiency, strong teaching ability, confidence in classroom delivery and a genuine aptitude for language training will also be considered.
The faculty member will be responsible for handling three batches per working day. The academic schedule will generally involve either two batches during the forenoon and one batch in the afternoon, or one batch around noon and two batches during the afternoon, depending on the batch schedule and academic requirements.
Key responsibilities will include conducting German language classes from the assigned level, planning and delivering effective classroom sessions, preparing and using appropriate teaching materials, monitoring student progress, conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback. The faculty member will also be expected to identify learning gaps, provide additional academic support where required, maintain classroom discipline and ensure that students progress according to the prescribed academic roadmap.
As a senior faculty member, you will also be expected to maintain consistency in teaching quality, coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and batch requirements, participate in academic meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and learning resources. Strong ownership, punctuality, professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively within an academic team are essential.
On-site presence is mandatory. This is an offline academy-based position, and the selected candidate will be required to report to the Speeki AI Language Academy campus at Pathadipalam, Kochi, from Monday to Saturday. Candidates looking specifically for remote or online teaching opportunities will not be suitable for this position.
The selection process will include multiple stages to ensure both language proficiency and teaching capability. Candidates will first undergo an initial interview, followed by a German proficiency assessment conducted by a German native speaker and/or qualified German language expert. Shortlisted candidates will then be required to conduct a demo teaching session, which will be evaluated for language accuracy, pronunciation, classroom management, teaching methodology, student engagement, clarity of explanation and overall teaching effectiveness.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is ₹75,000–₹95,000 per month, with the final compensation determined based on the candidate's experience, German proficiency, interview performance, demo session and overall suitability for the role.
