We're looking for an experienced On-Site Content Creator who can turn real moments into high-performing social media content, campaign assets, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during client shoots, events, launches, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute Instagram Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other social-first content.
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Designers, Videographers, and Marketing team.
- Identify trending content formats and adapt them for client brands.
- Create behind-the-scenes content that showcases agency culture and production quality.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely content capture on location.
- Shoot content using smartphones and professional cameras whenever required.
- Perform basic editing for quick-turnaround social media content.
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Travel to client locations and production sites whenever necessary.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Producer in an advertising agency, production house, or media company.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.
- Excellent mobile videography and photography skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently in fast-paced production environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for shoots and work flexible hours during productions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience covering commercial productions, brand campaigns, or corporate events.
- Drone operation knowledge (optional).
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
