Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern digital marketing practices, capable of generating performance reports, addressing client requirements effectively, and bringing creative, out-of-the-box thinking to campaign strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies that improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, content, and account management teams for seamless campaign delivery.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Creative mindset with problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
