Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, extensive hands-on experience in digital marketing, and the ability to develop and execute performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve client objectives.
- Handle client communication, meetings, presentations, and regular performance reviews.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Lead SEO initiatives, including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Create and execute effective Email Marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Content, Design, Development, and Sales teams for successful campaign execution.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present campaign results to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling domestic and international clients.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are preferred.
