Job Summary
ABS General Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Project Manager to lead and manage HVAC projects from planning to successful completion. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HVAC project execution, team management, client coordination, and project delivery while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with design, procurement, installation, and commissioning teams.
- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Handle resource planning, manpower deployment, and material management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Manage project documentation, billing, variations, and contract-related activities.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and MEP coordination.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
