About the Opportunity
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to support a leading automotive spare parts company in expanding its dealer and retailer network across Darjeeling and nearby areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting people, traveling locally, and earning based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit automobile spare parts retailers, garages, workshops, and distributors in assigned areas.
- Introduce the company's products and schemes to potential customers.
- Generate new retailer and dealer leads.
- Collect business information and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and mechanics.
- Report daily activities through a mobile application.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, or Nepali.
- Comfortable with field travel.
- Own Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales, automotive products, FMCG, telecom, or field marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
