Job Summary
Beston Sky Vision Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle customer interactions professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to Amazon and Flipkart orders and services.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information and basic troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while handling customer requests.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam language will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
