Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/English communication skills; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
