We're Hiring: Team Leader – US Trucking (Work From Home)
Job Details:
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in US Trucking/US Logistics
- Salary: Up to ₹70,000/month
- Location: Candidates must be residing in Mohali or within a 50 km radius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Dispatchers, Load Booking Executives, and Coordinators
- Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle load booking, dispatch planning, and shipment coordination
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets
- Coordinate with brokers, drivers, and customers for efficient operations
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in US Logistics/Trucking
- Strong team handling and leadership experience
- Hands-on experience in Load Booking, Dispatching, and Coordination
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
