- Performing interviews for entry-level positions in Collection and Revenue Cycle Management
(RCM)
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on their communication skills, thought processes, and
comprehension abilities
- Pose pertinent scenario-based questions and evaluate candidates’ responses
- Clarify any queries during the interview and assess the candidate’s capability to meet targets.
- Accurately document interviewing information in the systems application
- Offer constructive feedback to candidates
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for daily administrative tasks
- Demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with candidates
- Maintain and publish reports
- Conduct 1st level escalation
- Participate in interview call calibrations
- Perform other assigned responsibilities
- 2+ Years of experience in a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting in the United
States is required
- Strong communication skills
- Attentive listening skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Working Days: Mon to Sat (Sun Week Off)
- Working hours: 8 (1hr break included)
- Shift Timing: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Could change basis requirement)
- Required to travel self
