Job Overview
We are looking for talented and motivated Full Stack Developers to join our technology teams across Fintech Frontiers and Tech Vantage Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable web applications, building robust backend services, and creating responsive frontend solutions. Candidates with strong Java backend development experience will be particularly suitable for opportunities with Fintech Frontiers.
Based on your skills, experience, and location preference, you may be considered for an appropriate position with either organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop reliable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
- Work with databases and optimize application performance.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of full-stack web development.
- Good proficiency in Java, preferably with Spring Boot, for Java-focused roles.
- Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of automated testing and performance optimization.
- Experience working on fintech, financial services, or enterprise applications.
