Job Summary: We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Support Engineer to handle day-to-day operational support for a live Oracle HCM environment. This role will manage ticket triage, user support, routine issue resolution, access requests, data checks, and escalation of complex issues to senior consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud support tickets.
- Investigate and resolve routine issues in Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, and Self-Service HR.
- Handle user access requests, role troubleshooting, and basic security support.
- Perform data validation, transaction checks, and routine reconciliation activities.
- Support BI/OTBI report-related queries and raise complex issues to L3.
- Maintain clear ticket notes, resolution details, and user communication.
- Coordinate with business users and senior consultants to ensure timely closure of incidents.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud support or application support.
- Good understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll basics.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud navigation, user management, and support ticket handling.
- Basic knowledge of OTBI or BI Publisher is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an offshore/remote support model and collaborate across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is an advantage.
- Experience in multi-country payroll or support for enterprise HR systems.
- Familiarity with service desk tools and incident management processes.
Work Environment: This is a remote/offshore support role aligned to business hours. The candidate should be comfortable working in a structured support environment with SLA-based priorities.
