Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct software presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand business processes related to accounting, banking, finance, and e-commerce domains.
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as the primary coordinator between clients, stakeholders, and software development teams.
- Explain business logic, workflows, and functional requirements to developers and ensure accurate implementation.
- Clarify requirements, answer developer queries, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
- Review developed features and validate them against business requirements before client delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist clients during implementation and deployment.
- Identify process improvements and recommend software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Track project progress and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in client-facing software consulting or business analysis roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct software demos and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, banking operations, or e-commerce workflows.
- Ability to document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience coordinating between business users and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

- Strong understanding of both business and technical perspectives.
- Capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfortable acting as a liaison between clients, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Experience in requirement analysis, solution consulting, and software implementation projects.
