We are seeking a patient, versatile, and experienced Offline Home Tutor to teach three young siblings studying in Class 2, Class 3, and Class 5 (Kerala State Board / CBSE curriculum). The ideal tutor will conduct in-person sessions at our residence, managing the learning needs of all three children through structured, engaging lessons.Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Grade Teaching: Rotate attention efficiently between the three students to teach primary-level subjects.
- Core Subject Focus: Provide strong foundational tutoring in Mathematics, Science/EVS, English, and Malayalam.
- Homework & Projects: Guide the children through their daily school homework, school projects, and diary notes.
- Exam Preparation: Conduct regular revision sessions and simple weekly tests to prepare them for school assessments.
- Skill Development: Foster good handwriting, reading habits, and basic discipline in studying.
- Parent Updates: Maintain open communication with parents regarding each child's daily progress and focus areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: Not needed, but Prior experience tutoring primary school children (Grades 1 to 5) is preferred .
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam (for local curriculum translation) and English (for school medium instructions).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, energetic teaching style, and ability to keep young children focused without being harsh.
- Locality: Must reside near or be able to easily commute to our residence in [Insert Specific Town/Village, Kerala].
Job Details & Compensation
- No. of Students: 3 siblings (Class 2, Class 3, and Class 5)
- Schedule: [5 days a week, Monday to Friday 4 - 7] and Weekends and holidays full time.
- Salary: [9,000 plus per month total], negotiable based on experience and teaching quality. Hourly 70 Rs. per hour
