Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and skilled Laravel Developer (5–10 years) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for clean, maintainable code. Key Roles & Responsibilities * Application Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, front-end developers, and UI/UX teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient backend architectures. * Clean Code & Best Practices: Write efficient, modular, well-structured, and reusable code bases adhering to modern coding standards. * Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex technical issues. * Code Quality & Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure consistency, security, maintainability, and continuous code quality improvement. * Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, toolsets, and best practices to drive technical growth across the team. Requirements & Qualifications * Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience with core PHP and the Laravel framework. * Database & APIs: Strong experience working with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ORM/Eloquent) and RESTful API integrations/development. * Version Control: Proficiency with Git workflow (branching, merging, pull requests). * Problem Solving: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
