Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our Lucknow office. The role involves handling customer queries through chat and voice processes and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹14,000 – ₹15,500 in-hand
- ₹1,500 night shift allowance (if applicable)
Work Details
- 9 working hours + 1 hour break
- 6 days working (1 rotational week off)
- Rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat and/or voice
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
- Maintain professional communication at all times
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment
