- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure the best quality and pricing.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure all incoming goods meet company quality standards and specifications
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with inventory management systems.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support business requirements.
- Analyze inventory variances, wastage, and shrinkage, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate inventory and stock movement reports
- Plan and coordinate production schedules based on sales forecasts and outlet requirements.
- Ensure compliance with standardized recipes, portion control, and product quality standards.
- Monitor production yields and recipe costing to maximize profitability.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities
- Oversee order preparation, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to all outlets.
- Monitor cold-chain compliance and transportation standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, dispatches, and receipts.
- Coordinate with outlets to resolve delivery-related issues
