- Safety Compliance: Follow strict health, safety, and environmental (EHS) guidelines to keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic machinery upkeep and report mechanical malfunctions right away.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or a technical diploma/ITI in a relevant mechanical or industrial field.
