Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with public blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Tezos, Algorand, or similar ecosystems.

Strong experience in full-stack Ethereum development, including:

Smart contract development (Solidity)

Frontend integration (Web3/Ethers.js/Web3.js)

Backend development and API integration

Solid understanding and practical experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, staking, swapping, and other Web3 applications.

Hands-on experience building or integrating decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and lending/borrowing protocols, with strong knowledge of Uniswap V2 and Uniswap V3.

Experience using Ethereum development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, and related testing/debugging frameworks.

Strong understanding of smart contract security, including common vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, overflow/underflow, front-running) and secure development best practices.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
