About the Role
Dangura Digital is looking for an HR Executive who is passionate about talent acquisition and people management. The role will primarily focus on recruitment activities while also supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements while ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage interview processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Manage offer roll-out and joining coordination.
- Work on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.
HR Operations (30%)
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Support HR reporting and MIS preparation.
- Assist in policy communication and employee queries.
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
- Experience in agency hiring, digital marketing, creative, or IT hiring is an added advantage.
