Job Title: PGT Fine Art Teacher

Job Responsibilities
Teach Fine Art to Senior Secondary (Classes XI & XII) students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and creative projects to enhance students' artistic skills.
Teach various art forms, including drawing, painting, sketching, sculpture, design, and mixed media techniques.
Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic expression among students.
Organize art exhibitions, competitions, workshops, and other creative activities.
Assess students' practical work, maintain portfolios, and prepare progress reports.
Guide students in developing portfolios for higher education and art-related careers.
Maintain the art studio, equipment, and materials in an organized and safe condition.
Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to make learning interactive.
Participate in school events, exhibitions, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting, Sketching, and Design Principles
Excellent creativity and artistic skills
Effective classroom management and communication skills
Ability to mentor and inspire students
Lesson planning and curriculum implementation
Knowledge of different art techniques and mediums
Proficiency in MS Office and smart classroom technology
Strong organizational and time management skills
Eligibility
Master's Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or a relevant discipline
B.Ed. is mandatory
3–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Fine Art Teacher
Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum will be preferred
