Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the kitchenware industry to drive sales growth, build strong distributor and retailer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Promote and sell kitchenware products to dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the kitchenware segment
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
Ensure timely order collection, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in kitchenware, cookware, or home appliances industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of kitchenware products and market trends
Ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business
Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Willingness to travel for sales meetings and market visits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
