What we are looking for is a multitasking self driven individual to drive the Engineering Services & Automation initiative within the Emerging Business Umbrella of West Region -Property & Asset Management. Reporting to Head- Engineering & Consulting Services, you will have to interface with the clients, vendors, strategic partners and regional teams within the Property & Asset Management division.
New Business Development
You will be effectively identifying, develop and nurture new opportunities pertaining to Engineering Services and IoT based automation. You’ll research, schedule meetings and build relationship with potential clients and convert opportunities into wins to increase business. You’ll be working closely with Head Strategic Business to plan methodologies and pitches and utilizing your knowledge of market conditions and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators to develop new solutions.
Service Delivery
As the key SPOC for clients for Engineering Services, delivery of various Annual Maintenance Contracts, Repair & Maintenance and strategic procurement activities for multiple sites in West India, with PAN India oversight. This will require you to closely coordinate with Client SPoC for various buildings towards AMC services and automation and take customer feedback on services.
Likewise, you will be working side by side to coordinate with all service partners and vendors to ensure quality services and emergency support extended on required basis, monitor and measure vendor performance through SLA's & KPI's. You’ll also be maintaining 100% records and documents in legible form.
Ad-hoc administrative responsibilities
You’ll also need to ensure that all administrative activities pertaining to a pitch or won contract are maintained properly. You would also be tracking progress against plan, collections against the won contracts, forecast deviations in business targets and ensure objectives are met.

Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university. An Masters or an MBA degree is preferred. You’ll need between ten to twelve-years’ experience in handling electromechanical Equipments at a facility along with exposure to Business Development. A knowledge of Facility or Property Management of any real asset class is must. Additional certifications in Energy Management/Six Sigma/Total Quality Management would be a bonus but not a prerequisite.
An eye for detail
You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables.
Good organisational and communication skills
You’ll have good communication and organisational skills and be adept at dealing with multiple internal and external stake holders to convey and convince them about the business propositions.
Time management and muti tasking skills
You’ll have great time management skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements. You are able to prioritize between multiple commitments and handle different requirements as part of your responsibilities.
