Key Responsibilities
- Sample Collection and Processing:Collecting patient samples, such as blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids, then preparing and processing them for analysis.
- Performing Tests:Conducting a variety of laboratory tests according to standard procedures and protocols to analyze samples.
- Equipment Operation:Operating, calibrating, and maintaining various laboratory instruments, including automated equipment and microscopes.
- Data Management:Accurately recording, logging, and managing test data and results in patients' medical records.
- Quality Control:Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of test results by performing quality control checks and monitoring procedures.
- Safety and Compliance:Adhering to all laboratory safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and organizational policies, including handling hazardous waste.
- Reporting:Interpreting and presenting findings, preparing reports based on laboratory tests, and discussing results with physicians.
- Lab Maintenance:Maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and adequate supply levels within the laboratory environment.
Minimum Qualification required : Bsc MLT
Required 1-3 years experience
