Job Summary
We are looking for Relationship Officers with relevant experience in MSME, LAP, Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan or other secured lending products. The candidate will be responsible for direct market sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation, maintaining customer relationships and achieving business targets.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in the relevant secured loan products. Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP / Affordable Housing Loan experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new loan customers through direct market sourcing (DST) and other approved sourcing channels.
- Generate quality leads and achieve assigned business and disbursement targets.
- Handle customer acquisition for MSME / LAP / Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Conduct market visits and develop relationships with customers, business owners, property owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collect and verify customer and financial documents required for loan processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
- Conduct loan utilization checks and customer/portfolio monitoring visits wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS and daily sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Support collection/recovery efforts and maintain credit discipline.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹25,552.91 - ₹30,461.17 per month
