About the Role...
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to support our company's growth through telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and marketing activities.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
