Roles & Responsibilities:
The Finance Controller at Aeron Composite Limited plays a pivotal role in safeguarding financial health, maintaining corporate transparency, and supporting global scaling efforts. The core responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting & Accounting (Ind AS Focus): Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes. Prepare both standalone and consolidated financial statements in strict compliance with Ind AS and the Companies Act 2013. Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and fixed asset accounting.
- SEBI Listing Governance & Corporate Disclosures: Ensure strict compliance with SEBI LODR regulations for a publicly listed entity. Deliver timely quarterly and annual financial disclosures to stock exchanges, and collaborate with the Company Secretary for Board Meetings, AGMs, and annual report compilation.
- Direct & Indirect Corporate Taxation: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, and Advance Tax. Manage tax assessments and Transfer Pricing strategies aligned with global export operations, and represent the company before tax authorities when required.
- Export Benefits & Incentive Optimization: Identify and utilize central government export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Advance Authorization, Duty Drawback, and EPCG licenses to ensure maximum legal optimization of profit margins on outbound shipments.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with an active and valid ICAI membership.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification
- Functional Specialization: Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Cost Control, and SEBI Compliance.
Key Technical Skills:
- Strong command over Ind AS, GST, and Direct Tax.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity or experience with AI skills for modern financial workflows.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
