About the Role:
1. Business development. Explore new opportunities for newly developed products. Will handle BD for
Pharmaceutical (non-API) and Nutraceutical customers.
2. Day to day customer visit plan & exploring new business opportunities.
3. BD and Sales: Meet monthly & annual BD targets and sales targets.
4. Technical understanding, discussions, presentations, Building Pipeline of Marketing Events.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Business Development & marketing of Sigachi Business.
- Give Weekly & Monthly BD & Sales Planning.

Managing Leads, opportunities, and potential Customers.

Identify new leads/prospects, creating & progressing opportunities, and converting them to business.
- Submission of samples, technical assistance, quotations, Proforma Invoices & sales orders.
- Co-ordinate with Technical Manager to arrange Trial support to customers either at Customer site or Sigachi site.
- Complete Sample management right from initiation to commercialization. Accountability for the Samples, tracking

the opportunity and update the progress in system.

Follow up with customer for orders/purchase orders/Payments.
- Planning of monthly orders by co-ordination with Factory & reporting Manager for timely dispatches.
- Evaluating the marketing strategy & keeping updated on marketintelligence.
- Maintain discipline & healthy relationship with customers & all staff members of Sigachi.
Maintain average price and sales as per given target.

Job Specification:

Qualification – Preferably MBA, B. Pharm / M. Pharm, PhD

Experience – 08 to 12 years from pharmaceutical product development, Product manufacturing (Solid Oral and Liquid products), Excipients BD/Sales, API, or related Industry.
