**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure material and mould availability ahead of the plan; eliminate line stoppages due to shortage
- Purchase engineering plastics, masterbatch, inserts, packing material and consumables
- Develop and qualify alternate vendors; negotiate rate contracts and track resin price movement
- Handle import purchase of tooling, spares and materials from China and Europe
- Control inventory through ABC classification, min-max levels and FIFO discipline
- Manage stores accuracy, dispatch planning and freight negotiation
- Maintain supply chain data in ERP and publish weekly MIS on delivery, inventory and cost
**Requirements**
- 6 to 10 years in supply chain, production planning or purchase in a manufacturing plant
- Plastics, auto component or engineering component industry experience
- Hands-on production planning in a multi-machine plant
- Direct purchase experience with polymers or engineering materials
- ERP working knowledge and strong MS Excel
- Understanding of GST, e-way bill and basic import procedure
**Preferred**
- Injection moulding plant background
- Import sourcing from China
- Experience in a plant that scaled capacity or commissioned a new facility
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
