- Participate in software conceptual planning and architecture development for in-house and client requirements.
- Lead & execute the entire development lifecycle and assist team members as needed.
- Develop modular, efficient, optimized, reliable, secure, and scalable web/desktop applications.
- Understand design requirements, gather requirements, create UI design specifications, and conduct usability testing.
- Establish basic design, implement prototypes, and develop detailed application code.
- Perform software module and integrated testing as per design specifications.
- Ensure quality delivery within timelines and maintain consistent communication with supervisors.
- Demonstrate successful deployment and continuously improve product experience.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks along with proper documentation.
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience with PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Proficiency in MVC frameworks like Spring, CodeIgniter, or latest technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and JavaScript
- Web UI development experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, or latest tools
- Familiarity with Node.js, AngularJS, XML, JSON, and REST services
- Hands-on experience with database development (SQL or other DBs)
- Experience with application servers and system administration (Windows, Linux)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
