Role Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team in Kochi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, overseeing daily social media activities, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and be capable of managing multiple client accounts while ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Create content plans and manage publishing schedules across social platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Manage community engagement and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Handle and manage 7+ client accounts simultaneously.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong content strategy and social media copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Prior agency experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience Required: 1–2 Years Only

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
