Spectrum Solar is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality business leads through strategic social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing business social media accounts, creating engaging content, running campaigns, and improving online brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design, video, sales, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Optimize social media profiles and ensure consistent brand communication across platforms.
- Assist in digital marketing initiatives including website updates, email marketing, and online promotions whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Experience in content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Experience in running lead generation campaigns is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Understanding of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.
