Job Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS INCLUDING PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
o Ensure that the guidelines are followed as per standard procedures
o Ability to understand the nature of query from customer for which they called able to provide a solution withing a short timeframe.
o Should be able to understand transaction flow and able to help customer to inform with their amount due for payment, sharing payment status, invoice copy.
o Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
o Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
o Focus on Customer Satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of Customer concerns

Qualifications: COMPETENCIES: o Good communication both written and verbal o Previous international Voice experience (preferably in insurance) o Good Computer navigation skills o Should be familiar with MS Office o Listening and comprehension skills o Questioning and Reasoning Skills o Customer Service focus and telephone etiquette
