We are looking for Candidate for HR assistant role.

Responsibilities :
- Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Prepare and maintain the GMC (Group Medical Coverage) data file on a monthly basis with accurate employee details and updates.
- Coordinate with the insurance provider and internal teams to ensure timely submission and data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain the New Joinee Report with accurate employee joining details and timely updates for management and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update the HR Master Data file with complete and accurate employee information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and submit gratuity-related documents to the LIC officer accurately and within the required timelines.
- Support the digitalization of employee files by organizing, scanning, and maintaining employee records in digital format for easy access and proper documentation.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required HR documents, records, and data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS system, including changes related to reporting managers, employee details, and organizational structure.

On Third Party Payroll - Permanent Role
