Job Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
Telecalling Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Prior experience in administration or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and good organizational skills.
- Language Requirements Tamil English Kannada / Hindi
