Job Title: Spindle Executive – Assembly & Testing
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and technically inclined Spindle Executive to support spindle assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities. The ideal candidate should have basic hands-on experience in machine assembly, spindle operations, or CNC machine manufacturing and be eager to learn and grow within the spindle division.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and testing of CNC machine spindles.
- Perform spindle inspection, runout checks, and basic quality verification activities.
- Support bearing assembly, alignment, lubrication, and balancing operations.
- Troubleshoot minor assembly and testing issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Follow assembly procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain assembly records, test reports, and production documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, measuring instruments, and spindle components.
- Support continuous improvement and shop-floor productivity initiatives.
- Adhere to safety and quality requirements at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 2–4 years of experience in spindle assembly, machine assembly, CNC machine manufacturing, or engineering production.
- Basic understanding of spindle components, bearings, and assembly practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CNC machine tools and spindle assemblies.
- Familiarity with BT40, BT50, ISO, or HSK spindle systems is an added advantage.
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and shop-floor practices.
