As a Veeva Vault QDocs Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting Veeva Vault QDocs solutions, ensuring seamless document management, integrations, and compliance across enterprise systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive technical discussions, resolve integration challenges, and ensure efficient release and change management processes.
In this role, you will:
- Drive technical discussions related to Veeva Vault technologies, with a focus on QDocs.
- Analyze and resolve integration-related issues within Veeva QDocs environments.
- Manage Veeva Vault General Releases, including documentation, testing, and change management activities.
- Configure and manage QDocs functionalities such as:
- Document lifecycles
- Controlled printing
- Workflows and configurations
- REST API integrations
- Vault migration activities
- Deliver enhancements and new implementations following ITIL Change Management processes.
- Support production environments (L3 support), including troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
- Work with Veeva loaders for data operations and system updates.
- Ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of document management processes.
- Relevant hands‑on experience in Veeva Vault QDocs and document management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault QDocs functionalities, including workflows, lifecycles, and configurations.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, integrations, and Vault migration activities.
- Experience in managing release cycles, including testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, especially change management.
- Experience in production support (L3) and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with Veeva loaders and data handling processes.
