Position Overview
The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring smooth project coordination, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations
- Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with production, creative, marketing, and operations teams
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per agreed scope and budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Handle revisions, feedback, and approvals efficiently
Business Development
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Generate leads and support in acquiring new clients
- Achieve revenue targets and client retention goals
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare client reports, status updates, and performance summaries
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and contracts
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or media industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in entertainment, events, or production industry
- Existing network of corporate or brand clients
- Knowledge of digital marketing and brand promotions
