Job Title: Project Head
Job Summary
The Project Head is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role oversees project teams, manages stakeholders, ensures quality standards, and aligns project outcomes with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning and implementation of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- 10–15+ years of project management experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
