Job Description
Lovely Hospitality is hiring a full-time Front Office Executive for Hotel Shivaay AIIMS, a 20-room hotel with restaurant and room service operations. This role involves managing reception operations, guest interactions, reservations, and front office reporting in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Greet guests and handle queries, requests, and complaints
- Handle walk-in and online bookings
- Maintain accurate booking records
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness
- Handle calls, emails, and front desk operations
- Support billing and payment coordination
- Maintain daily reports and records
- Ensure proper shift handover
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or PMS)
- Professional behavior and presentation
- Willingness to work in shifts
Salary and Benefits
- ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month
