Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to 20–30 fresh leads daily generated through the company's marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their domestic and international travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend and present customized domestic and international holiday packages, itineraries, and travel solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of 7 confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations and seamless execution of travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional pre-sales and post-sales service.
- Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, travel trends, airline offers, visa requirements, and holiday products to provide accurate travel guidance.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in domestic and/or international travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, holiday packages, and travel products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to manage leads and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and basic computer applications.
- A smartphone with dual SIM capability is mandatory.
Work Schedule & Company Policy
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 4 days per month
- Paid Leave: 12 paid leaves annually (1 leave per month)
- Probation Period: 2 months
- Notice Period: 45 days
- A company SIM card will be provided for official business calls only.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
