Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development initiatives, increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and support business growth across our Hair Care, Skin Care, and Dental clinics. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both marketing and business development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other platforms
- Strengthen brand visibility through promotional campaigns, events, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with clinic operations and sales teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention
- Monitor campaign performance, business development activities, and marketing ROI
- Manage the marketing budget and prepare performance reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, hospitals, or clinics
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, and partnership building
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and execute result-oriented marketing and business growth strategies
