Job Role: Agri Intern / Agriculture Executive

Job Summary
RWD is looking for a proactive Agri Intern / Agriculture Executive to support its growing agriculture vertical. The role involves assisting in agricultural operations, field coordination, crop planning, research, documentation, and reporting. Candidates with relevant internship experience or professional experience in agriculture are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in agricultural operations and farm management activities.
- Support crop planning, cultivation, and field coordination.
- Monitor crop health, irrigation, and soil management practices.
- Conduct agricultural research and collect field data.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and farm personnel.
- Support agri-based projects aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Visit project and farm sites as required.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed B.Sc. Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture, Agri Business, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge or experienced professionals (0–3 years) are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of crop management, irrigation, soil health, and farming practices.
- Strong interest in agriculture and field operations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project/farm sites when required.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools, digital research, or technology-driven agricultural practices will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time / Internship (based on candidate profile)
