Operating across Shopify (D2C) and major marketplaces including Amazon, Weldots has built a portfolio of four brands — Weldots, Auriglo, Bugario, and NeonDecors — and has served over 1 million customers. The company is scaling rapidly across product categories, combining data-driven decision-making with a strong culture of ownership and innovation.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee and optimise day-to-day operations across Shopify and Amazon. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience and will be the execution backbone of the business — owning everything from order fulfilment and inventory accuracy to platform hygiene, process automation, and customer experience metrics.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will work directly with the warehouse, logistics partners, and senior leadership to keep operations running at scale without sacrificing quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. eCommerce Platform Management — Shopify & Amazon
▪ Manage and maintain the Shopify storefront: listings, pricing, banners, promotions, and daily order processing.
▪ Own the Amazon Seller Central account end-to-end: listing creation and optimisation (titles, bullets, A+ content), catalogue hygiene, case management, and policy compliance.
▪ Ensure smooth daily operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and returns management.

▪ Lead and coordinate the customer support team for timely, high-quality resolution of queries across all channels.
2. Order Fulfilment & Logistics
▪ Visit to and coordinate with the warehouse team (Wazirpur) to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch — field visits required.
▪ Partner with logistics and shipping providers to optimise delivery timelines, costs, and carrier performance.
▪ Track fulfilment KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, return rate) and drive continuous improvement to reduce errors and delays.
▪ Proactively resolve shipment exceptions, lost-in-transit cases, and customer escalations.
3. Inventory Management
▪ Monitor stock levels across Shopify, Amazon and other platforms to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
▪ Manage reorder planning in coordination with vendors and warehouse — maintain healthy inventory coverage ratios.
▪ Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records across all channels.
4. Process Improvement & Automation
▪ Identify operational bottlenecks across the order-to-delivery lifecycle and implement scalable fixes.
▪ Build and maintain Excel-based operational dashboards (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, conditional logic).
▪ Leverage technology, AI
tools, Excel automation, and basic coding/logic to streamline workflows.
▪ Document SOPs for all critical processes and updated
workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required
▪ 12th (Science stream) + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Operations, E-Commerce, or a related field.
▪ 1–3 years of hands-on eCommerce operations experience — (D2C or marketplace experience preferred).
▪ Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central: listing management, account health, and case filing.
▪ Strong working knowledge of Shopify operations.
▪ Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF/nested logic, and basic dashboarding.
▪ Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
▪ Clear communicator — written and verbal — with a structured, problem-first approach.
Preferred
▪ Familiarity with CRM tools and inventory management systems.
▪ Basic knowledge of programming or workflow automation (Python, Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script).
▪ Experience working with AI-based tools to improve operational efficiency.
▪ Track record of owning and resolving Amazon account health issues independently.
▪ Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a bias for action and willingness to learn fast.
