Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video editing techniques, social media content formats, and current trends. You should be able to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, and digital platforms
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, etc.)
- Stay updated with current video trends, transitions, effects, and storytelling styles
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to deliver high-quality output
- Add music, graphics, captions, and effects to enhance video quality
- Ensure consistency in brand style, tone, and visual identity
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
- Good knowledge of AI tools used in video editing and content creation (e.g., AI-based editing, captioning, enhancements, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in motion graphics and basic animation
- Familiarity with sound editing and color grading
- Basic understanding of social media performance metrics
- Experience working on brand or agency projects
