Job description
- Receive and attend incoming calls on the 104 Health Helpline.
- Assess patient symptoms and medical conditions through structured questioning.
- Provide accurate first-aid advice, medical guidance, and health information over the phone.
- Identify emergency cases and coordinate with the 108 Ambulance dispatch team when required.
- Guide callers on appropriate healthcare services, hospitals, or government health schemes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate call records in the call centre system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical protocols, and escalation guidelines.
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and empathetically with callers, including patients and caregivers.
- Work in coordination with doctors, ambulance staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient information.
- Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / D.Pharma / B.Pharma.
- Good medical knowledge and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
