As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting the ongoing operations and managing the delivery of production systems and services. This role requires ensuring that operational requirements and service agreements are consistently met, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability, and addressing any issues that arise to minimize downtime. The position demands a proactive approach to monitoring system performance and facilitating smooth service delivery to meet organizational goals and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and service management principles.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in production environments.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
