Position Overview
Secure Zone is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage and coordinate end-to-end service operations. The role involves handling customer service requests, coordinating with internal service teams, managing RMA processes, ensuring timely repaired unit installations, and maintaining smooth communication between customers, technicians, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer service requests from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal service engineers and technical teams for timely issue resolution.
- Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes, including documentation, dispatch, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate repaired unit installations and ensure successful completion at customer sites.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and resolutions.
- Schedule and coordinate service visits, installations, replacements, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer databases.
- Follow up with vendors, logistics partners, and service teams for pending cases.
- Ensure service tickets are updated and closed within defined timelines.
- Support management with MIS reports and service performance tracking.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or operations support.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and service management processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience in handling RMAs or technical service coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
